How Do Personal Injury Claims Work?

In order to make a successful personal injury claim, it must be proven, with evidence, that someone who had a duty of care to you breached that duty, causing you injury.

Here’s a summary of the  criteria:

  • Someone had a duty of care to you
  • They breached their duty of care
  • You suffered a mental and/or physical injury

If these three requirements are met, you could begin to seek compensation for the harm you’ve suffered.
